New Video Clip Getting Underway, -for single number #3!- Options

Hey Everyone,

James here just dropping you all a quick line to let you know we will be filming the video for our third single over the weekend!

Unlike other occasions, I'm giving nothing away this time - you'll just have to wait.

Suffice to say, it will not be a performance orientated clip this time.

And finally, despite certain ponderings, I'm not sure if anyone has guessed what the third single will be...

I actually think NOT releasing OYWTTD is a smart move, because since we know it'll do great, they can use it as a secret weapon later on when BITD sales start to decline

Here are my odds of what the song might be.....

Calling All Lovers (8/10) - It was played at the start of the Australian Idol performance of INLY, so that might of been a clue. It's a great song too so good chances

Candy Coloured Lights (5/10) - A long shot since it's not the kind of song Australia would find that great or catchy

Speak & Destroy (6/10) - In with a shot since it's got that "We're Coming Home" feel. Not sure that it's a good time to release it though

Childlike (3/10) - Be a mistake if it was released as a third single. 5th, maybe, but too early to introduce a great ballad like this

OYWTTD (2/10) - All I can say is....too predictable, it should be kept as a secret weapon

8th WOTW (6/10) - It's got that "Way To Go" feel, however, it's a bit too intense for radio-play, despite the fact it's catchy

Better In The Dark (7/10) - My favourite track on the album, and in with a chance (since Sony release album entitled songs at around the 2nd and 3rd single, i.e, Delta Goodrem's Innocent Eyes (3rd) and Mistaken Identity (2nd)) May not go well in the charts though

What Your On (8/10) - This is my least favourite BITD track, but I can't deny the fanbase, and what Australia will like. Again, I don't see it as a correct song to release, but that's probably swayed by my un-caddiness towards it

Throw Your Arms Around Me (9.5/10) - This has to be the track, it just has to be! It's got a catchy tune, great lyrics and has an intro guitar-riff that sounds like "You and me baby ain't nothing but mammals so let's do it like they do on the discovery channel" The intro seems quite long for radio play however so a Radio Edit might be neccessary

The Price We Pay (5/10) - BITD's answer to In Love Again, which was technically HCTD 5th release, and there's when this track should be released


So yeah, that's my review

OMG!!! that is soo exciting....

i really wanted it to be OYWTTD because it is my fav track on the album and i REALLY REALLY wanna here it sung live.

but i don't realy mind cos I love all the songs..... but i think a song like CCL or WYO wuld do pretty good, or childlike cos it is different and it wuld show that RT can do more than just electro pop songs. My friend listened to childlike today and couldn't believe it was RT lol. I also hope that the B side is the voodoo child lounge version cos that is great!
